About ARC Webinars

Like many institutions around the world, webinars have become an essential activity to carry on the work of ARC during the coronavirus pandemic and in the foreseeable future. Webinars are especially useful for ARC activities at the local level, e.g. ARC Vietnam, ARC Philippines and ARC India, etc. During the pandemic, a number of webinars were organized by ARC as well as ARC Vietnam in order to launch its publications as well as discuss various topics relevant to the fields of Religion and Communication in the local contexts. We expect that in the future, ARC will continue to make use of webinars as an integral part of our work.  

The following Webinars have been organized by ARC: 

May 24, 2021: Book launch and webinar on the theme: “Pastoral Creativity Amid the Covid-19 Pandemic: Global Experiences” 

November 5-6, 2021: Webinar (12th International Roundtable) on the theme: Religious Communication During and Post Covid-19 Pandemic: Examining Present and Future Methods and Strategies.

October 9, 2021: Book launch and webinar on the theme: “Pastoral Directions Post Covid-19 Pandemic: Lessons from the Signs of the Times” (ARC Vietnam)

December 10, 2021: Webinar on the theme “Synodal Church and Vietnamese Migrants in Asia: Towards Communion and Participation” (ARC Vietnam) 

March 4, 2022: Webinar on the theme “Pastoral Directions Post Covid-19 Pandemic”. Book launch “Mission of the Church in the Digital Age”.
